The 8th annual IP Law Summer School is the most comprehensive event in IBC's IP Law Series and is your opportunity to gain a complete A-Z in intellectual property law.
The 5-day residential, fully-inclusive conference equips you with business intelligence in all aspects of IP law and will be of significance to legal and corporate professionals who wish to improve their knowledge of this highly evolving area, as well as to those who are new to the area.
The separately bookable "Basics Day" provides a comprehensive grounding in all aspects of IP law for lawyers and other professionals with little knowledge of the industry. The main conference focuses on all key areas of intellectual property law with a strong emphasis on infringement issues (Patents Day), CFI and ECJ decisions (Trade Marks Day), commercial IP (Transactions Day) and the various copyright laws and legal systems (Copyright Day). To optimise your learning experience, the event is split into panel sessions, parallel session, case studies, workshops and a mock arbitration. The planned social activities in the evenings give you that little extra time to share insights and form new relationships with the varied international student group and industry leaders.
