Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) Accreditation (formerly the Law Society).

This distance learning programme has been accredited by the SRA with up to 100% of your CPD requirement for both years of study. In order to achieve 100% you must complete all coursework and attend all face-to-face Study Days. You must advise the SRA of your intention to attend the course, giving details of the start and finish dates. Leicester De Montfort Law School will supply confirmation on completion of each year of the course, which should be attached to the training record, which is open to inspection by the SRA. Attendance on the course may also fulfil a percentage of your Bar Standards Board CPD requirements.
